Questions Answered in Episode 101
In this episode we answered the following questions:
1. “I am really stuck. I feel like I will never be able to succeed in private practice. I seem to go in circles and never get anywhere. I feel so hopeless about making this work that I can’t focus. Any tips for helping me think more positively?”
2. “I have been working with a website designer for the last several months. I just saw the first draft of the design and I hate it! It has taken so long to get to this point, and I can’t believe it’s not what I wanted. I haven’t paid any fees to the designer at this point. What advice do you have for me in this difficult situation?”
3. “Since becoming serious about my practice, I’ve learned that numbers are important, which for me has never been fun. So I am wondering what are the numbers I should be looking at in my business and how often (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) should I look at my numbers? Also, what free software do you recommend for tracking your numbers if I can’t afford a monthly accounting software subscription?”
