Questions Answered in Episode 33
In this episode we answered the following questions:
1. Anonymous
“How do I get rid of negative reviews on Google? I have a negative review from a participant who attended one of my yoga classes. I’m pretty sure I know who it was, as she was a student for only one class and she complained to me afterwards because she didn’t like the way I taught the class. I feel her comments are unfair and based on what she wanted me to do specifically to meet her needs. What can I do?”
2. Miranda Egan – Australia
“I had a full practice in the UK where I was practicing as a counsellor and had no problems getting clients. Since I have moved to Australia I have found it very difficult to build a practice. I’m currently finishing my Masters so I can have more credibility and be considered for counselling jobs. I have a handful of clients in private practice at the moment. I don’t have a website yet, but I want to be sure of my niche before starting. How do I communicate my previous experience and successes in marketing to potential referral sources in Australia so I can get more clients?”
3. Kelsey
“I’d like to start a webinar. Can you please tell me the steps involved? I don’t even know where to begin. I need to know what technology to use how to market it and how to structure the webinar. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much your great show! It’s very helpful.”
