Questions Answered in Episode 60
In this episode we answered the following questions:
1. Miranda
“Is it ethical to get someone else to write articles for me? I’m a terrible writer and really don’t enjoy it, so I’m thinking of outsourcing the writing for my blog. Do I say they are mine or should I make it clear I didn’t write them? What are your thoughts on this?”
2. Michael
“I’m wondering if you can give me some feedback about my niche. I am a dad who has been through a huge loss with the death of my young child (a victim of a crime) and subsequent breakdown of my marriage about 7 years ago. I feel called to work with men who have suffered similar losses, but I’m worried this niche might be too small. What do you think?”
3.
“Thanks to your show I started a blog. I don’t think I would have ever had the courage to do it otherwise, so thank you. J One thing I am struggling with is how long my blog posts should be. It seems a lot of people write short ones (a few paragraphs), but I’ve seen other people write much longer ones. Juliet seems to write longer posts than most. I wonder why you do that Juliet? What is the best length for blog posts?”
