“I need help with two things: I need more clients because I need/want to earn more, and I have “empty hours” in my schedule. Second, I need more moderate-to-high income clients because so many of my recent new clients have been sliding-scale/lower-fee because they are low-to-moderate income. I’ve been in practice a long time to still have such a struggle getting my practice full (18 years total; 12 of them full-time). Do you have any suggestions or tips for me?”
2. Facebook Group – Sue
“I’m wondering what CRM software you recommend to track prospect inquiries etc. When I get new inquiries in, I want to record them properly, be able to at the click of a button have an email that gets sent out with preset details. If I have to follow up with anything, have a reminder to do that”

“I feel quite stuck with networking with psychiatrists and psychologists. I have approached them by saying that I’d like to get to know other services / professionals to built a strong network for referring people. I have had very little interest. Psychiatrists I understand as they have their own networks but psychologists too. What suggestions do you have for improving my networking.”
